‘ABXY’

“Never before had so small and so harmless an object created such consternation!”

Courtesy of Chris Dunstan: “This video is a series of highlights from ABXY, directed by Christopher Dunstan at the University of Wollongong in 2010.”

ABXY
Performance Space, Building 25, University of Wollongong

Thursday 4th March – Saturday 6th March 2010.

Description:
“What might happen here, if we didn’t exist at all?”
“Something would emerge…”

And that thing was: ABXY

As the world’s first artificial satellite destroys the complacency of the time, one
couple remain dangerously unaware of their own relationship’s shortcomings-
until a visit to the dentist fixes more than a cavity…

Witness proof that love = memory x habit / time !
Experience the terror of modern science and dentistry!
Dare to ask: ‘what is ABXY, you, me, coffee cup, the alphabet from A, if not an
experiment’!
