This website has been created by family and friends of Katie Lees. It will always be a collaborative work in progress, and is created whilst we are suffering unfathomable heartache, trauma and enormous loss as we try to navigate life without Katie through our personal and collective acute and prolonged grief.
We welcome your interest in contacting us. The pandemic has caused global suffering, resulting in a lot of anger – a friendly reminder that this space is for Katie, please don’t direct your anger at us.
Globally, individual lives of loved ones continue to be tragically lost in the COVID-19 pandemic and others are sadly permanently and temporarily affected and restricted. We acknowledge and pay our deep respects to all those who have died during the pandemic, the loved ones who are left grieving, those who have had their lives and livelihoods restricted, frontline workers, and communities who have been disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
